We had purchased gents shoe for rs. 8999 on 31st oct 2021 and i hv been told if i purchase item of rs.
2000 i will get 50 % discount i.e rs. 1000 and if u purchase an item of 3000 i can get it in rs 1500 again. That is with in a month. But while i went to fet my liked ladies shoes of rs.
2499 approx , the sakes person IRFAN told that qe cannt gove u discount and he straight refused that ge promiaed me of 50% discount
Wanted to state u had this woesr service exoerience earlier as well from yhe sane frand central hush puppues navi mumbai store.... its rubbist services worst ever seen..

Soles crumbling
I have a pair of hush puppies that I wear only occasionally. Admittedly, Ive had them quite a while.
The uppers are in perfect shape, but the soles are crumbling so badly, I left a trail behind me last night as I walked away from a wedding reception! I had no idea till I got home & saw the trail continue behind me inside my home. Can I return them to be resoled?
I do not want an exchange or refund, just a repair. I really like the shoes.

Your sandals are giving me strong bit marks. I need my money back.
I had particularly asked if these will give bite marks and the shop keeper promised they won't. It's now difficult for me to wear any shoe.

Customer service oh hush puppies iqbal town branch is sooo sooo bad. Today i went there for shopping and the staff and unprofessional workers there were laughing and making fun.
They were rude. They made us wait and were nott responding to us.
They behave so badly to us. We left the shop and went to unze London and shopped from there.

Hi, I have purchase shoes from hush Puppies showroom in area Mall sohna road, badshahpur
my shoes has been damage after 6 month only, and due to lockdown I was unable to generate complain in showroom after lockdown I complained in showroom and gave my shoes for repair on dated 28 June but after 8 days my problem not resolved, I want to know how much time required for resolving my issue, as per discussion with hush puppies sales man in Area Mall he told me still your shoes is in showroom and not dispatch for repair.

Defective Hush Puppy
How do I send a picture of the damaged shoes?.
I live in Malaysia. In 2015 I bought a pair of expensive Hush Puppy shoes. I had hardly used it 20 times yet within one year the sole disintegrated, whilst I was on a working trip to Indonesia.
I complained to local distributor, Tansmarco and attached photographs of the damaged shoes.I believe the sole used was defective or low quality and asked for a replacement or, at least, to repair my sole.

I told them that there wasn't anything wrong with my storage or usage, for I have another pair of HP shoes that has lasted and still use, after 7 years without any repair.
When I did not get any response I wrote to the headquarters in US, customerservice@***.com.Together with the damaged shoe, I attched photos of my old pair of HP shoes, as evidence to show I know how to care for my shoes.

Should I be surprised?. Yes. I did not expect a famous global brand like HP to give me the runaround and shoddy customer service treatment. It is not a big deal to repair the sole which shall cost me about USD15. But, as a matter of principle I had expected them to do the rightful thing.
How can I feel comfortable buying this brand, after this experience.

Slippery footware
I bought 2 pairs of shoes on the 10/4/16 at 1U outlet with 1 pair bearing product code no : KB42774MR090 Mamiko III PR for myself & another KC41488DB080 MEDITATE (BODY SHOE) PR for my mom.
Unfortunately, on the next following day when I was wearing this shoe I slipped and felled even on a dry area. There were few attempts that I felt like falling. Furthermore, the colour from this pair of shoe runs and stains on my feet. I don't feel confident wearing this shoe anymore and I want an explanation from your esteem company. I have also refrain my mother from wearing the shoe as I worried that she might fell and slip.
Hush Puppies suppose to gave me comfort and good gripping but it was not as I thought it supposed to be. I want a refund.

Today is 29 Apr 2016. No one from HP had contacted me on my complaint.
Anyway, since knowing HP's true character, I took it upon myself to repair the sole. What did it cost me?
