I am a regular customer of Bata, and approximately 7 month back I purchased two pairs of hush puppies shoes, along with shoe polish, from your authorized store located in DLF Mall, Noida.

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with one of the pairs. Despite wearing them only 3-4 times, I have already noticed noticeable spots and defects on the shoes.

This has been quite frustrating, given the brands reputation for quality.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

The item was damaged within 10 days; I have only been using it for 3 days. There is no return option and I am not satisfied. Please kindly return or replace this item.

Two days back bought Hush Puppies shoe from Bata sector 18 Noida showroom..shoe is of my foot size...but it is giving acqute pain in foot .

Bata has not given any receipt / invoice of purchase

I ordered shoes with order number HP-233882, which were received on 18th May 2024. The shoes are not in a good condition, they seem to be a B Pair/defected/used.

My shoe size is a UK 8, but the shoes I received are not size 8 and they are hurting. The box is also in bad condition. What is the issue with Hush Puppies that they are now selling B pair/defected/used/wrong size shoes?

I called Hush Puppies Pakistan contact number but they are not responding to the calls and not even replying to emails.

Please look into this matter.

After that, I will lodge a complaint in Consumer Court.

I have bought formal hush puppies shoes few months ago. I bought this from Coblar store but after spending Rs.4500 I am getting comfort which I used to get in my old Hush puppies shoes which I bought from Bata store.

It seems the product which I bought is not genuine. Kindly help me with this issue.

I have tried to reach Soft Style Hushpuppies for sending me the wrong pair of shoes and they want me to pay to have the situation resolved.They give you phone numbers that no one answers.

I ordered shoes from Soft Style hush puppies.They sent me the wrong shoe and now they want me to pay to have the situation corrected. Will put this on Social Media and contact the better business

Hi i bought a Hush puppies shoes in egypt and after one use only the heal completly distroyed so i send it back to the store but the store refused to deal with the problem any way so i want to know what is the right action to do.and i have photos for the shoes i can send it to you

The heal and sole on both shoes have fallen apart. I enjoyed the shoes until they started to fall apart. They are comfortable shoes that look great

I have purchased hush puppies leather shoes last year at bata shop lal chowk srinagar jammu and kashmir India but after using for couple of months its shoes bursted

I had a very bad experience . purchased the hush puppy shoe less than 1 year back .

Both side sole got cracked . went to show room in al jimmi mall, alain , UAE .

they refused bluntly saying our company cant guarantee the product more than 4 months time.

When you pay for big International brand shoe with high end cost and later you come to know that company dont entertain you for their own manufacturing defect of the product after 4 months of purchase .

It is really shocking for me . would never purchase hush puppy product and would never recommend any one for this bad quality product .

No I want to change my size just no body responsible to fulfill my requirment i have 42 size but i need 41 which is available at gujranwala pakistan i belongs from gujrat pakistan mr zeeshan from gujrat and mr mazhar from gujranwala both not co oprate with me so today i am going for personally to gujranwala pick my desire number which waste my lot of time thats your customer services i am fedup
