I purchased a pair of Hush Puppies (Pakistan) shoes on 09-08-25, but even after two weeks I still havent received them. I have tried waiting patiently, but this delay in delivery is very disappointing.

Such poor service from a brand like Hush Puppies is unexpected. Customers trust you for quality and timely service, but this experience has been frustrating.

I am a regular customer of Bata, and approximately 7 month back I purchased two pairs of hush puppies shoes, along with shoe polish, from your authorized store located in DLF Mall, Noida.

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with one of the pairs. Despite wearing them only 3-4 times, I have already noticed noticeable spots and defects on the shoes.

This has been quite frustrating, given the brands reputation for quality.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

The item was damaged within 10 days; I have only been using it for 3 days. There is no return option and I am not satisfied. Please kindly return or replace this item.

I ordered shoes with order number HP-233882, which were received on 18th May 2024. The shoes are not in a good condition, they seem to be a B Pair/defected/used.

My shoe size is a UK 8, but the shoes I received are not size 8 and they are hurting. The box is also in bad condition. What is the issue with Hush Puppies that they are now selling B pair/defected/used/wrong size shoes?

I called Hush Puppies Pakistan contact number but they are not responding to the calls and not even replying to emails.

Please look into this matter.

After that, I will lodge a complaint in Consumer Court.

I have bought formal hush puppies shoes few months ago. I bought this from Coblar store but after spending Rs.4500 I am getting comfort which I used to get in my old Hush puppies shoes which I bought from Bata store.

It seems the product which I bought is not genuine. Kindly help me with this issue.

The heal and sole on both shoes have fallen apart. I enjoyed the shoes until they started to fall apart. They are comfortable shoes that look great
