I would like to inform you that I have purchased shoes from bata store at moti nagar on dated 4th August 2023 wearing after few days I found my shoes back side stitching problem and I visit bata store and meet with store manager and show my shoes he assure me we will replace and give you other shoes but unfortunately stock was finished so store manager advised me I can arrange from factory and I select the hush puppies shoes and pay difference amount of RS 500 at the store after 6 days I got my new shoes and give it back my old shoes to bata store past a week I found again my shoes sool pasting is removing i again visit moti nagar bata store and tell him my problem they said kindly mail to bata customer care am very disappointed behave by like bata store manager and never expect from bata making this kind of quality so kindly resolve my problem asap screen shot attached and bill also

I bought a pair of shoe from your online shop. It's size is 43 where as I need 42 size.

I will send it back to you to change its size or not what I should do now. kindly address my issue, I will be very thankful to you.

My son had made purchase of your Peshawari for me, making FULL payment online. As per terms specified on the invoice these can be exchanged against any other product from any outlet.

When I visited your outlet at Lucky One Mall I was told that the SALE had just finished a day earlier, but I could get B-Pair from factory outlet opposite Alladin Park.

Hence, I went there same day.

However, the salesman, Sanawar Khan, straight away refused to allow the exchange .. clearly contrary to your own terms specified.

My wheels luggage is broken since I never use it because of pandemic, so I wanted to replace for the new wheels, because my luggage still under warranty, they said warranty is 5 years, thanks

I have sent many complaints to HUSHPUPPIES in USA and their representative in Pakistan, Firhaj Footwear, but regrettably there has been no positive response so far. I just got routine responses refusing to exchange or refund.

It seems they are jointly cheating customers who hope to get good quality products and services.

SHOCKING! .

Pls take up the matter strongly with top management of HUSHPUPPIES, USA.

Hush puppies shoes broken in 15 to 30 days and it is not a one time it's again and again

Not a good quality shoes

They kept sending me wrong email ID for customer service in Singapore even though I repeatedly informed them that the given email ID was invalid. Disappointing!

Pathetic customer service. Sole of my shoes has been broken and it is been only 12 days of purchase and the executive is not taking any care of it and not paying any heed to my complaint.

They are not even listening to my grievance. Not recommended at all.

My shoe got broke and i contacted hush puppies but to of no response. They didnot even bother to care.

Very poor customer service. I also visited the store but they also did not help.

I purchased shoes from Hyderabad on dated 21/04/2022 size no 7 but due to uncomfortable in fitting i visited south city mall Kolkata for exchange the same no 8 but showroom manager refuse to exchange due to 1day use

My humble request please arrange to exchange the same hope you will do needful

I had purchased Hush Puppies shoes on 2nd July 2022 but I started wearing this it was tight in the left leg.

At the time of purchase i had mentioned this problem with store keeper as well.

Now I need to return this shoes & take another shoe of extra size.

I am waiting for a reply about faulty shoes . They were OK when put on but throughout a few hours heels had crumbled

I had bought a hush puppies womens shoes in January and within few days my shoes was spoilt I hardly worn the shoes. I know I am complaining in may but I started using the shoes in March and now it is not in a condition to wear.

To add I didnt wear them on daily basis also. So buying a women sandal worth rs 3000 would not run even 2 month is very very disappointing

Colour of shoe is changed after purchasing after purchase i got to see in certain period of time colur change of my shoe

Purchased a comfy slippers to manage my pregnancy but really feeling regret of getting the product not satisfied with the product
